Public Relations - Meeting Rooms

Interested in reserving a meeting room? Our Meeting Room Coordinators can provide you with more information regarding room availability, floor layouts, audio-visual equipment, and food and beverage accommodations. The Ben Hill Griffin Jr. Citrus Hall can provide small groups with a meeting room or conference room, or larger groups for banquet and auditorium seating. Linda Murphy and Kathy Witherington are our Meeting Room Coordinators. Both Kathy and Linda's offices are located in BHG and their extensions are 1402 and 1212 respectively. They receive all requests for meeting room reservations and coordinate that function with additional CREC staff to ensure quality customer service is provided at every event—whether it is for 20 people or 300.
